Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail & Print shop Associate to join our small team. This role combines retail sales, customer service, cashier responsibilities, and basic print production as well as ensuring the store is properly opened and closed. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and can help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers with printing and copying needs. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities

Open and close the store according to established procedures

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions

Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist customers with questions, purchases, and special orders

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming/attractive store environment

Stock merchandise and monitor inventory levels as needed (notify management of low stock)

Answer phones, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a courteous manner

Assist with general daily shop tasks as assigned

Perform basic printing and related shop services

Prepare and package print orders accurately and on time

Keep the sales floor, print area, and checkout counter clean and organized

Assist with seasonal displays, promotions, and store events as needed

Follow all store policies regarding cash handling, customer service, and daily operations
Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Cashier or retail experience preferred

Basic computer skills and desire to learn basic printing equipment and software

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling print orders

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate items

Weekend availability required

Schedule

Part-time (10-16hrs per week @ $15 per hour)
